SHIPPING

We offer FREE USA shipping on all orders over $50* to a wide selection of states and some international destinations. 

Please allow 12-25 business days (average and excluding US holidays) for the items to arrive in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

For other countries shipping may take 15-30 business days. If your order hasn’t
arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team
at support@joyfulmuze.com and our team will be happy to help.

You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number as soon
as your order has shipped.

If you ordered several items, you may likely receive them in separate packages depending on the amount or size of the order.

These are estimated delivery times that do not take into account any
customs or post services delays that may occur due to covid-19 or the holidays.
We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure holiday peace of mind.

Depending on the international country of destination, there may be custom and duty fees required. It is your responsibility to pay for these fees. You can inquire about these custom fees at your local postal service.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Our team is taking extra caution and every sanitary effort possible to ensure
your packages are handled safely and responsibly. This in no way will affect our
shipping times and as of now, our shipping carrier has announced no delays in
delivery.

International orders, however, have been experiencing delays with shipments.
Our postal carrier has informed us that due to flight restrictions and reduced staffing, international packages can take
one week or more before entering the country domestically and going through customs.

We understand this may be frustrating but please know that we are doing everything
on our end to make sure your order gets to you in a timely manner.

"I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them."

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely that it will
be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your
items to arrive.

"I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email"

Please check your spam folder, some emails might end up there. If you need to contact us, we are available at support@joyfulmuze.com

"I placed an order but I would like to cancel it, is it possible?"

Please email us at support@joyfulmuze.com in this case. We will be able to cancel your order only if it has not been shipped already. A cancellation fee of 10% of our total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover the refund fee that our payment gateway charges us.
