RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are welcome anytime within 30 days of the original receipt of your
order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refunds are issued as store credit. Once the refund is approved, you will receive an email with the amount of store credit that you may use toward your next Joyfulmuze purchase. Store credit is good for one year from the date of issue.
Any item that falls into the mandala, macrame art supply or home decor categories is not exchangeable or refundable. These products are final sale.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Returns for damaged or not as described products:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will send you your store credit by email. The original
shipping cost of $3.95 is non-refundable.
Due to the delivery delays caused by Covid-19, all orders will be refunded if not
delivered within 90 days of the shipping date.
Sale items and orders placed using promotion codes cannot be returned.
Returns are welcome anytime within 30 days of the original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we will provide a full refund this does not include shipping costs. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. If the item is returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to not accept your return.
To arrange your return, please email support@joyfulmuze.com with your receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of your item showing the issue.
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our customers. We often want to save you the trouble of shipping defective products back to us. When you contact us, please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you are experiencing. This will help us to serve you faster.
